It's time to sign up for my Nonfiction Reading Challenge again!

The Challenge:  Read any non-fiction book(s), adult or young adult. That's it. You can choose anything. Memoirs? Yes. History? Yes. Travel? Yes. You get the idea? Absolutely anything that is classified as non-fiction counts for this challenge.

I always like levels in my challenges, so here are mine:

Dilettante--Read 1-5 non-fiction books

Explorer--Read 6-10

Seeker--Read 11-15

Master--Read 16-20

This challenge will last from January 1 to December 31, 2015. You can sign up anytime throughout the year.

I am not limiting the challenge to bloggers. You can also link to a review you wrote on another site, such as GoodReads or LibraryThing.

Crossovers with other challenges are acceptable, and feel free to read your books in any format you like.

I'm signing up at the Seeker level.

I'll have a separate post with a linky for reviews. I'll keep a permanent link to both posts in my sidebar. That will be easier to keep track of which links are reviews and which are sign up posts.

Use Mr. Linky to sign up below. I hope you'll join me!

Mister Linky's Magical Widgets -- Easy-Linky widget will appear right here!
This preview will disappear when the widget is displayed on your site.

I have an affiliate relationship with Malaprop's, my local independent bookstore located in beautiful downtown Asheville, NC; and Better World Books. I will receive a small commission at no cost to you if you purchase books through links on my site. My opinions are completely my own.

  3. I'm signing up for the Master level. I read 42 this year so I think 16-20 is doable.

  5. Jen: I would love to do this challenge. I think I will start with explorer level 6-10 to start. I don't have a blog but do have a Good Reads account. I live in Winterville, NC near ECU and am an at-home medical transcriptionist. I often say that my work schedule severely interferes with my reading time! Thanks for hosting./bj

  7. I'm so excited. I'm going for the Master level (20 books) since nonfiction makes up the majority of my TBR pile anyway. Thanks for hosting.

  16. I just left a comment but I'm not sure if it went through. Let me try again. Thanks so much for hosting this challenge, Jen! I was going to challenge myself to read 24 non-fiction books this year, and I did it last year too, but it was really lonely. I'm excited to be doing this with other readers this year! =) Haze @ Haze in a Happy Daze

  28. I'm a nonfiction addict so I'm obviously going for the master level. However, I see it as more of a challenge to review every book I read and get my blog going again than to actually read the books.

  29. Thank you for hosting again. I did it last year, so naturally I had to come back. Looking forward to seeing what other folks read, maybe pick up some new ideas for things to read in the future. Happy reading!

    Best, and keep on blogging.

  43. I'm almost done with this one for the year. Will you be doing it next year, along with the Southern Reading one? I'll definitely be in again. And if you do the Books in Translation one also, I think I'd like to try that one next year as well. And I wanted to let you know I'm jumping into the world of hosting a challenge next year. Please take a look and let me know if you are interested:
